Overview
My Happy Place is a Kid Friendly, Pet Friendly spacious 5 bedroom 4 bathroom cabin in the heart of Broken Bow. The cabin offers over 3000 square feet of space equipped to comfortably accommodate 16 quests. The property has a private backyard, large covered patio, hot tub, outdoor fireplace, fire pit, and a gas grill.
Upon arriving at the cabin, you will appreciate the spacious drive way and two designated areas for parking larger vehicles/boats/jet skis plus plenty of additional parking space.
As you walk up the stairs to the front entry, enjoy a moment to sit on the porch swing or rocking chairs and set the mood for your stay and let life’s pace slow down.
The front entry opens to high vaulted ceilings right into to the living room with plenty of comfortable seating. The beautiful gas stone fireplace is located in the corner of the living room and a large flat screen television sits above the mantel. Cozy blankets are provided for the cooler months. This is the heart of My Happy Place, be ready to create some great memories.
The living room transitions into the open kitchen as you walk towards the back of the house. An island with granite countertop provides space for four additional sitting stools. Stainless Steel appliances, coffee machine, cabinets stocked with all your basic needs for you and your family to enjoy. The large dining table is just steps away from the kitchen seats ten.
The main level houses three bedrooms. On one side of the main floor is the entry to the grand master suite with a king size bed, flat screen television and cozy reading chair. The roomy ensuite bath features a beautiful clawfoot tub, walk in shower, spacious double vanity, and a walk-in closet.
On the other side of the main level, there are two bedrooms mirroring each other, both with comfortable king size beds, flat screen televisions, extra seating and drawers to place your belongings.
A full bath sits between the entry to the two bedrooms with easy access to both rooms and is tucked away from the main living room for added privacy.
The loft features a full size pool table, extra seating, a game table, and plenty of games.
A second-floor master suite is located on one side of the loft area. This spacious bedroom has a king size bed, flat screen television, sitting room, plenty of drawer space, and an en suite bathroom with a large walk in shower.
On the other side of the loft is a beautifully crafted wooden custom bunk room that houses a queen and twin bed on the bottom and two twin bunks. As an extra, a twin sleeper sofa sits on the opposite wall of the bunks. The bunk room also has its own television.
A charming barn door entry leads to the media room which can double as a 6th bedroom with a sleeper sofa and 65 inch TV with DVD and Wii.
After a day of endless adventures in Broken Bow, wind down and relax on the back porch around the gas fireplace or soak in the hot tub to recharge. Don't forget, no day is complete without fire pit s'mores or just some good ol' fire roasted marshmallows.
